TENANT
I. The purpose of this contract is to establish the lease of physical space for the sale of products and/or services at the BIS Beach Games event.
II. The lease is solely and non-transferably intended for the execution of the BIS Beach Games event.
III. The leased area can only be used for the purpose of the event, and its use for any other purpose or business is prohibited.
IV. In case of deviation from the intended purpose of the leased space, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions contained in this document, the TENANT shall be subject to a fine of 50% (fifty percent) of the total gross value of the acquired space, and immediate cancellation of participation and advertising.
V. The rental fee as stated on the attached page to this document must be paid in full and in advance to reserve the space granted to the TENANT, along with the delivery of the company logo at the time of contract signing.
VI. The TENANT may only sell products and/or services at the event as per the predetermined list included in the description attached to this document. It is strictly prohibited to display and sell products not listed in this appendix. The sale of alcoholic beverages at the BIS Beach Games event is strictly prohibited.
VII. The TENANT must possess a certificate of legalized company and operational eligibility to participate in the BIS Beach Games event.
VIII. The TENANT is fully responsible for the pricing, validity, and warranties of the products and/or services sold during the BIS Beach Games event.
IX. Following the signing of this contract by the TENANT, cancellation (regardless of reason) of their participation in the event forfeits the right to reimbursement of paid amounts, and execution of clause IV contained in this document applies.
X. The TENANT is liable for any damages occurring within their respective area of responsibility at the BIS Beach Games event.
XI. The waste generated within their respective area of responsibility must be collected by the TENANT. Any damage caused by waste will result in fines imposed as per the needs of the event management company.
XII. The TENANT must return their leased area at the BIS Beach Games event in the same condition as received, including general cleaning of the respective area of responsibility.
LANDLORD
I. The organization and administration of the BIS Beach Games event is the responsibility of Silva School Kabushiki Kaisha.
II. The initial organization of the leased area and the demand for company nomenclature are the responsibility of the LANDLORD.
III. The LANDLORD will veto identical products and/or services from different companies, with the criterion of diversifying the audience and customers, enabling effective participation of all tenants in future events.
IV. The TENANT who first confirms the signing and payment for the requested and/or chosen space at the event preserves their rights, preventing other tenants from acquiring the reserved location.
V. All advertising for BIS Beach Games is the responsibility of the LANDLORD, including promotional materials and media.
VI. The LANDLORD is not responsible for the products and/or services provided by the TENANT and/or third parties at the BIS Beach Games event.
VII. The LANDLORD will use the tenant company’s logo and images only for promotional purposes as per the attached image usage agreement to this document.
VIII. According to the event mapping, the LANDLORD will adhere to the established norms for positioning companies according to the pre-agreed specifications attached to this document, prohibiting the exchange of the TENANT’s product and/or service exhibition area.
IX. The LANDLORD reserves the right to cancel the event in specific cases without taxation or respective fines, providing tenants with a new date for the subsequent event, emphasizing prior notice.
I authorize freely and voluntarily the use of my image, my company’s image, and logo through any and all means of advertising and related activities, including videos, photographs, and documents of any kind or formats, to be used in the events of BIS Beach Games promoted by the company Silva School Kabushiki Kaisha. These may be used for public dissemination through various direct and indirect communication channels, without receiving any compensation according to this document.
This authorization is granted free of charge, covering the aforementioned use throughout the national and international territories, with an undetermined duration.
By my own will, I declare that I authorize as described above, and I do not foresee any future claims or declarations to the contrary regarding associated rights to my image or any other rights.
I sign this authorization.
